New electric fan switch.  Thermoswitch that screws into the block.  It is a 3/8" npt pipe thread.  It activates your fan when the temperature reaches 195 degrees and turns off at approximately 175 degrees. All that is needed is a relay along with this sensor to control your fan so that you don't have to worry about forgetting about a switch being turned on or off.
